It’s all about the numbers, but before we dive into those, I want to share a different kind of case study. We don’t just work with big companies that already have sales teams ready  and massive capacity.

I also want to show you a great story about a company that was quite small when we first met.

Stephen’s business was a true local family operation: just Stephen, his partners, and a handful of team members carrying out the jobs. We were able to get some incredible results by starting with a simple strategy

The numbers need to make sense

We focus on the most important metrics to ensure a campaign is actually healthy.

First, we look at how many leads are truly qualified and what percentage of those turn into site surveys.

When it comes to the closing rate, we always aim for 20% or higher.

To be clear, when I say 20%, I’m referring to the number of jobs closed relative to the number of site surveys you’ve completed. In essence, you want to be closing at least one out of every five surveys.

In this case, Stephen was at a 23% closing rate, which is excellent.

What is important for you

Once you hit that "sweet spot" where you’re converting high-quality leads at the right price, you enter the "Green Zone." That is where you see the massive returns on investment shown above.

Study these numbers. We always make sure the math makes sense At the end of the day, it’s about two things:

  • Building your authority so you stand out in your market.

  • Protecting your margins so you’re actually making money.

As long as that number fits nicely within your profit margins, getting more jobs is no longer the issue.
