The Fix: Identifying the Bottlenecks

  • Lead Quality: We switched to a bespoke landing page that required leads to be much more qualified before they could submit.

  • Algorithm Training: We took the data from those high-quality leads and used a Conversions API (CAPI) to feed it back into the algorithm, ensuring we were only searching for people who matched Yuri's ideal customer profile.

  • The Volume Pivot: Once we had the right kind of customer, we faced a new issue—volume. The cost per lead was too high. We maintained our rigorous verification but diversified our ads, adding still images and value-based videos to the mix.

The Result: Long-Term Partnership Over Short-Term Profit

By December, we had finally overcome the hurdles and started seeing great results for Uri
