  • In Ireland: We utilized the TAMS III grant to target the agricultural sector. We secured jobs valued at 10 times the size of a residential project, yet the cost-per-acquisition for these appointments was actually lower than residential leads because we led with the massive financial incentive of the grant.

  • In the UK: We pivoted away from chasing individual homeowners and targeted Housing Associations. Instead of one-off sales, this opened the door to "bulk" renovations—securing contracts for 20, 50, or even 100 properties at a time with a single trusted partner.

Large Scale Projects in the Housing Association Space

For Paul, the goal was shifting focus toward housing associations to secure large-scale retrofit projects—think 20 to 50 properties at a time—rather than just relying on standard residential jobs.

To win these contracts, he needed a specific type of case study to prove his team could deliver tidy, on-time work that met the strict stock ratings these associations require. We angled the entire campaign and every asset we created to demonstrate that exact capability.

Building Authority

In the case of AK Solar, they wanted to highlight their involvement with the new Duracell battery. Being among the very few early adopters, they wanted to make this a central part of their message to customers.
